Outputs may include directional signals, such as bullish or bearish, and forecasts for prediction markets, such as Solid Yes or Lean No, with an estimated probability.

That output is general information and analysis. Hift does not know, and does not take into account, your financial situation, investment objectives, knowledge and experience, or tolerance for risk.

Hift is a technology and information company. We are not, and do not act as:

a bank, credit institution, payment institution or electronic money institution;

an investment firm, broker, exchange or trading platform;

an investment adviser, financial planner or portfolio manager;

a gambling operator, bookmaker or prediction market platform.

When Hift gives a forecast for a prediction market, such as Solid Yes or Lean No, with an estimated probability, it is an AI-generated estimate of how likely an event is. It is not betting advice, a tip or a recommendation to take any position. A difference between Hift's estimate and the market price does not mean the market is wrong or that a trade would be profitable.

All research outputs on Hift are generated by artificial intelligence. When you use Hift, you are interacting with an AI system, not a human analyst. Outputs are not reviewed by a person before you see them.

AI-generated content can be:

inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;

based on sources that are wrong, biased or no longer current;

invented, meaning the AI may state figures, quotes, events or sources that do not exist, and may do so confidently;

different each time, even for the same question;

affected by how a question is worded.

Hift's forecasts and probabilities have not been independently tested for accuracy. Before relying on any output, check key facts, figures and dates against primary sources, such as company filings, official exchange data, regulator publications and a prediction market's full rules.

Hift credits are prepaid units that can only be used to request research on the Service. You can buy them as credit packs or receive them through a monthly plan. Hift credits:

are not money, a deposit, electronic money or a payment instrument;

are not a security or other financial instrument, and are not an investment;

have no value outside the Service, cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for cash or other assets, and earn no interest or return;

are refundable only as set out in our Terms of Service or as required by law.

The number of credits a request uses depends on its scope and depth. Spending credits, or choosing a monthly plan or add-on, does not guarantee any particular result or level of accuracy.
