What’s the difference between a plan and a credit pack?
A monthly plan adds credits to your account every month at a lower price per credit. A credit pack is a one-off purchase with no subscription. You can use both at the same time.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits carry over to the next month, then expire if they’re still unused. With Credit Rollover, they last up to 3 months. Credits from packs last 12 months.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect from your next billing month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack at any time, or move your plan up. Your research history and saved reports stay in your account either way.
Can I get a refund?
EU customers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days and get back the cost of unused credits.
